  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the marinade by combining olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade, allowing them to absorb the flavors.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken, cherry tomatoes, onion wedges, bell pepper strips, and lemon slices on a sheet pan.
