  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a rich and zesty marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Take your cubed chicken breasts and add them to the bowl with the marinade. Toss the chicken until coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: While the chicken is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Skewer the Chicken: Once marinated, thread the chicken onto the skewers, alternating with colorful bell peppers or onions if desired.
  5. Grill to Perfection: Cook the skewers on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through with grill marks.
