1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Ketchup for topping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced jalapeños, shredded cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
If desired, spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
