  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Hamburger buns
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced cucumbers (optional)
  • Sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Marinate the chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Mix in the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned.
