Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 pound sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Seaweed salad (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix rice vinegar with a little sugar and salt, then fold it into the rice. Let it cool.
  2. Prepare the spicy tuna mixture by combining diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Build the base in serving bowls by adding a layer of sushi rice.
  4. Add the toppings of spicy tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, green onions, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Serve with a side of seaweed salad if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
