  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano until well combined.
  3. Take each chicken breast and gently cut a pocket into the side.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
