Delicious steak and shrimp kabobs marinated in a savory blend, perfect for summer grilling with friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, ensuring that it’s nice and hot for the kabobs.
  2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Add the cubed steak and shrimp to the marinade. Toss to coat thoroughly and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the steak, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately for a colorful presentation.
  5. Grill the skewers on the grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is done and the shrimp turns pink.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate for a few hours. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
