  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine the melted butter and sugar in another bowl, then add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Merge the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
