Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
