A delightful blend of sweet and spicy flavors from the sweet chili sauce paired with tender salmon that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  4. Brush the sweet chili mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For added spice, consider sprinkling red pepper flakes into the sauce mixture or serving with a side of Sriracha.
