  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Sauté the meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  3. Combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, rinsed black beans, corn, and sliced olives in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked meat to the salad mixture and gently mix.
  5. Serve with salsa and crushed tortilla chips on top.
