  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
