  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gravy or cranberry sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, minced onions, chopped celery, chicken broth, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve warm, topped with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes
