Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties about the size of the slider buns.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the center.
