A delicious and comforting pasta bake that combines all the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. Sauté the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until browned.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in the skillet.
  5. Add half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, mixing well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can swap ground beef for ground turkey or a plant-based meat alternative. Add different cheese varieties for variation.
