A simple yet hearty twist on the classic stuffed peppers, combining ground beef, rice, and vibrant bell peppers in a deliciously comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 Bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, and any favorite spices)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the rice and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
  4. Combine the diced bell peppers, tomato sauce, and your choice of seasoning; stir well.
  5. Cover and let it simmer until the rice is cooked.
  6. Adjust the seasoning to taste once the rice is fluffy.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted. Serve warm.
